ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Ebora website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.

OUR SERVICES

Ebora provides branding, UI/UX design, website design and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline and fees for each project are agreed in a written proposal or contract, which takes priority over these general terms where they differ.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content or materials needed to complete the project. Delays in feedback or materials may affect agreed timelines.

PAYMENTS

Invoices are payable within the period stated in the project agreement. Ebora may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Once full payment has been received, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Ebora may showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ebora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the related project.
