BRAXOL IS A FINTECH APP THAT LETS FREELANCERS SEND INVOICES AND GET PAID IN ANY CURRENCY. USERS LOVED THE FEATURES BUT STRUGGLED WITH A CLUTTERED, CONFUSING INTERFACE.
EBORA LED A FULL UI/UX REDESIGN, STARTING WITH USER INTERVIEWS AND JOURNEY MAPPING. WE REDUCED THE INVOICE FLOW FROM NINE STEPS TO FOUR AND INTRODUCED A CALM, HIGH-CONTRAST VISUAL LANGUAGE THAT MAKES MONEY FEEL UNDER CONTROL.
OBJECTIVES
Understand where users dropped off during invoicing and payouts.
Redesign core flows to be faster and easier on mobile.
Build an accessible component library for web and iOS.
Validate the new experience through usability testing before launch.
CONCLUSION
The redesigned app cut average invoice creation time by 58% and lifted monthly active users by 31%. Support tickets about payments dropped sharply, and the new design system now lets Braxol ship features twice as fast.
